      product is fun if you are into sports. discount was very good.

      Cons

      pay is not terrible but far from good. middle to upper management is easy to talk to but hard to understand clearly .

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
