      Pros

      The camraderie and family feeling of workers on the floor in your department. Becoming an expert in sporting goods knowledge across multiple departments.

      Cons

      Management and owner tried to make a sporting goods store into a clothing store, to much failure that they took out on the actual sporting goods departments. Advancement is difficult and based on who you know. Pay is not great for how much you are asked to deal with.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
