      Love the product. Hiking trips, hockey team, ski trips, softball, and other fun outdoor opportunities exist.

      Cons

      some managers there don't think they need to improve themselves or develop management skills, they are naturally the worst.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
