      Pros

      Great coworkers who shared an interest for sports and general outdoors activities. Supervisors who for the most part had worked their way up and had the respect of employees.

      Cons

      Upper management and middle management (floor supervisors/associate managers) were not always on the same page.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
