      Pros

      You receive a lot of knowledge on running , snowboarding etc ... my time at paragon I've learned a lot about things I've never took interest too . Popular brands etc.

      Cons

      Little pay , not everyone gets recognized, favoritism, rude customers. Management is shady . Always emailing about every little thing .

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
