      Pros

      Pretty outgoing environment. The customers were great and friendly. They also have a great team work environment inside paragon, which I enjoyed a lot.

      Cons

      No room to grow and the management is pretty terrible to deal with in my opinion, they play favoritism which is pretty crappy if you ask me.

      Pros

      weekly pay is good. There is also commission but it's not much. You make more money on the quantity you sell rather than amount. For example the commission on a $100 show is $1. Sell 10 shoes get $10 extra on your check. Sell a $1000 item get $10 dollars. Good culture at paragon though and atmosphere overall. very diverse team
