Pros
Panaya's product suite is constantly pivoting and trying new things. There are plenty of successes as well as failures. Under the leadership of the current CEO, there is no fear to learn from the 'mistakes' and if required reverse direction and right the ship when necessary. This takes a lot of courage and is appreciated. The work environment in Israel is awesome, while the satellite offices are more work from home oriented and leave something to be desired in terms of the overall atmosphere, but if you are a work from home sort of person, self-motivated, and organized, it will be awesome for you. Management will say it like it is, no beating around the bush, and like the wfh, this can be a positive, or shocking - you pick. I prefer it. The product is awesome and full of potential.
Cons
Panaya struggles with its identity a bit. The vision for the present and future can be at odds with the legacy of the past. Pricing and customer expectation for cost adjustments when happy with the legacy features but having to pay for future functionality (that may be awesome but difficult to justify ROI on existing budgets) can be a challenging maze to travel.
