      Pros

      Challenging and fast learning environment , be ready for a great ride. All hands on deck , we play hard and celebrate hard. Awesome and inclusive work culture. I have met so many interesting , intelligent and committed people since I started in Panaya. Great product offerings and innovation is in Panaya's DNA.

      Cons

      Still in the process of reviewing and building clear processes while learning from experience , this sometimes drags things more than required.

      -Panaya has been the most open-door, friendly company I have ever worked for. -A true feeling of family when you work here. -All levels of management are available for support at any time. -Product development is quick and listens to the customers. -Comp plan is fantastic

      Cons

      -Your typical bumps of a young, small company. -Shifts in go to market plan make it challenging from a sales perspective. -Lots of changes, good and bad
