Pros
professionals all around, good people, opportunities to advance, the pay is competitive, good employer that takes care of you, even if they have to sack you, you'll might even get a chance to change jobs within the company (it'spretty big) and compensation so you have time to look for a new job.
Cons
the industry they make the money in I guess, but there's not a whole lot an individual can do about that. Plus that's also part of why they can afford to take care of their employees, which is, you know, a moral conundrum.
