      Learning and development, international culture, pace of working, expertise of colleagues, dynamic organisation, great senior managers. Breon Corcoran was named as The Sunday Times Business Person of the Year.

      Cons

      It's a big company and therefore there's the unavoidable political aspect to it but it's manageable and really not worse than even significantly smaller companies
