Pros
Good working atmosphere in head office. Good crowd I work with and always a bit of a laugh with them.
Cons
Possible merger with Betfair in a few months time. Hard to know future of company. Possibility of redundancies. Very hard to progress with company. Huge turnover of staff which questions staff morale in the company as a whole. While working in shops during the boom years treated badly. Working between 60 and 72 hours a week.No break the majority of the time. Sometimes asked to go to 3 or 4 shops within one day. Verbal abuse and threats of violence from some customers on a daily basis. The shops are terrible places to work.
