      Generally helpful colleagues Compensation is pretty good Benefits were good(probably not so good for 2024 because of the wonderful Romanian law Lots of things to work on

      Cons

      Lack of clarity overall on what should be prioritized No seniors to give a direction Senior title was given a bit too easy, maybe just as a retention mechanism Sometimes deadlines would be not realistic at all
