Pros
Money is better than rival companies. Although recently due to the competition paying much less they've dropped their rates so not as good as before.
Cons
It's not what you know, it's who you know. Advancing up the ladder requires a level of skill in being seen as a sap and making friends with them too. If you don't get on with everyone higher up or aren't as moronic then you'll be stabbed in the back.
