      Pros

      Culture was very friendly in the beginning. Solid company. Lots of interesting projects.

      Cons

      Too much politics, bad management. Very hard to innovate, you need to struggle for a long time and go against a lot of people to do anything new. Business has too much power over technical decisions. Developers are not trusted and treated as lazy, untrustworthy employees. Salary updates and performance reviews based on quotas.
