Pros
Good name for CV, which is good if you're starting out. You shouldn't struggle to find new work. Other developers are lovely people. Can get away with doing little work for days on end so easy to develop skills for interviews!
Cons
Pay is well below market rate. Managers aren't great. Under staffed so you're basically reduced to tech support so very hard to develop your skills. Little to no greenfield work, don't expect to write any code if you work here.
