Pros
Easy enough if you know what your doing. Easy to.pick up if you don't. Training isn't brilliant. Customers were good. Can be built up with the right direction. Operates on small team
Cons
unrealistic expectations based on foot traffic into shop and surrounding businesses. Customers were mostly good. The odd trouble maker. Some issues outside the shop with unsocial behaviour. Because team is small if you get sickness and hols it's very hard to cover even using surrounding shops
