Pros
I'd say that the biggest pro is pay day, occasionally an incentive may be dangled and you'll get to use your brain but not very often.
Cons
Never being able to reach line managers (voicemail), calls rarely returned, bullying rife and nobody takes responsibility. No genuine chance of progression due to influx of staff from competitor, promises never kept. People in HO absolutely clueless about working in a shop, and if you have to work a 14 hour day then you will be on your own for 10 of those hours....Just hope that you don't get a serve legal visit while you have a tinkle!
