you can have the opportunity to learn, flexible working time.
Cons
No career path, very difficult to move from your role, it is all based on politics, they have value like fairness which not really exist, you must have the same mentality of the people you're working with and be a yes man since this what they prefer to have instead of thinking person. Many people at management level don't have the skills to be managers but they got the role due to long service in the company. Reward scale based on 1 to 5 but in reality 4 and 5 are not achievable.
