Pros
Generally there's lots of great smart people working in Paddy Power who drive the business forward from the ground up. Your days are busy and fly by. Good pay and good perks.
Cons
Lots of management layers within the organisation. Can be tough dealing with several layers above you. There's a strong meeting culture in paddy's, Meetings about meetings. Location of head office in clonskeagh can be a nightmare for traffic problems and accessibility for public transport but the Luas 20 min walk away.
