Pros
Originally a great place to work, with well integrated teams and a good convivial atmosphere leading to motivated employees and good delivery rates. Went downhill somewhat when the head office moved building with divides created between departments and a more "corporate" atmosphere. Industry pay generally good and PP was above average within it.
Cons
Slow tech progress due to legacy systems, and less motivated workforce recently. Many talented employees left the business in recent years with not enough done to progress them and keep them involved. Betfair did well out of that though...
