Pros
Easy shift swapping, friendly co-workers, staff nights out do be great, pay is ok, flexible hours, free sports, can push back on rude customers. friendly supervisors and managers.great atmosphere. Good job if you have CS or call centre experience. Honest trainers and managers. Sean is very nice and helpful.
Cons
Working weekend, wont succeed unless you lick some you know what (perfect example in DAB) Senior agent is a massive gossiper and gets away with it, allows bullying and wont do anything about rude senior agents(Manager once laughed when I complained.)
