Extreme unsocial hours. The management structure was too top heavy. Needed to go through four different people to get help. Treatment of employees was poor. High turnover of staff because of people leaving due to bad working conditions and because the training bonus rewarded to management. Customers were allowed to speak to employees with foul language and management allowed it. Work morale at a low.
