      Pros

      Nice people, relaxed atmosphere. Lots of nights out and bonding exercises. Nice canteen. Free tea and coffee.

      Cons

      Messy structure. Nobody knows who is answerable for what. High staff turnover. People are constantly leaving and there is new staff every day.
