So does everyone else. * Several satellite offices -- malta, dublin, gibraltar -- together with conference season, means that if you have the appetite for travel and regular social outings, you'll get this in a career with Betfair. * You're never standing still, drama and change is always around the corner. For the good or bad.
Cons
* Too many managers, not enough executors. * "Flavour of the month initiatives" means considerable effort sunk into the whim of a director, that are quickly forgotten within the month, suck up everyones time and make zero impact on the business.
