Pros
Relatively low pressure and good work / life balance. 8 hour days typical for most staff.
Cons
They aren't generous with bonuses, and unless you're one of the few yes men in the inner circle it is difficult to get ahead and get promoted. If you take a job here, be prepared to do that job for a long time for the same money.
