      Pros

      They pay for accommodation and travel whilst training.

      Cons

      The training is very poor for someone who has no experience of working in a bookmakers before. There seems to be an expectation by Management who have been working in the environment for 10-15 years that you would be at the same standard as them after 10-15 minutes.
