      Pros

      I have to say that in Betfair the work environment is original, there are many smart people and most of the time the atmosfere is positive and professional.

      Cons

      The HR organisation is ineffective, redundant, antiquate and that reflects in staff being disillusioned about how the company operates internally. The company focuses more on cost cutting than growing its staff professionally, no career plans, low salaries means the best will leave the company.
