Still some good people around and some perks like free pizza/booze now and again. Office is relatively modern also. TVs around most floors with sport of your choice available too watch
Cons
New benefits package recently launched is not up to par. Should be a gym on site or a free one nearby for a company this size Many roles in the company have possibility for relocation, no clarity whatsoever around future plans. Far too much chopping and changing, not just at CEO level. Directors and teams underneath them constantly getting shuffled around. Salary increase this year offered to employees on a good end of year review rating only 1%. Insulting to say the least when shareholders dividends near doubling from the year previous. Canteen is awful for the price. Steps were taken to make it better but it has fell back onto bad ways again.
