-free beer and pizza weekly

Cons

-minimal training -High stress -Expected to work long hours with no warning -unsociable hours -Teams that you liaise with, particularly security team, are rude and unhelpful -Little to no guidance given -Little to no employee rights -Appalling sickness policy -Rude customers -The service provided to customers is very poor, and front line staff bear the brunt of this. -None customer-facing staff are incompetent with little incentive to improve -Pays lip-service to combatting gambling addiction when in reality very little is done to combat this.
