      Pros

      Betfair - at least until 4/5 years ago - had a true ethos of developing the individual. The opportunities for training and personal improvement are plenty; even more is offered at managerial level.

      Cons

      The hierarchy used to be quite complicated and often you need to do something which comes from above even if it looks like a bad idea on paper.
