8yWhen our leadership team started less than a year ago, there were a lot of inherited problems including vendor holds and lack of control on expenses. The current leadership team worked diligently to reduce our operating expenses and successfully get the vendor holds released. We’ve hired over 100 people in the last year and some of the top talent has been employee referrals throughout the company (all levels and locations). We’ve had to make some tough decisions on our strategy and closing Austin was just as frustrating to us as everyone else, but we are taking a very thoughtful approach and continue to stay focused on creating a profitable PIRCH.
