      If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing, start-up-like environment, this is the place. Lots of diversity. Modern office digs. Highly-intelligent, friendly & trendy executive leadership team w/open door policies.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but perfecting new & improved processes takes time. Some people don't do well with change. PIRCH is a place where being flexible & open-minded serves you best.
