Pros
I joined PIRCH in September and was welcomed from day one and haven't looked back since. Every day I learn something new, there is a great mix of talent, people care about each other and there is a renewed energy at the company. I'm extremely confident in the CEO and the leaders PIRCH is hiring to drive the company to the next level. Really glad I joined PIRCH and it's an incredible experience being on this journey.
Cons
PIRCH is going through a lot of change and anytime an organization goes through change, some will like and some won't. Change is hard, but it's the right change and an excellent challenge to anyone who wants to level up their professional experience.
