health insurance. great people in the stores and DC's. experience in the stores is awesome with so many live products, definitely a place to check out or recommend to friends if they are building or remodeling
Cons
the manifesto is used when hiring to draw people into the culture and it has drawn some great people. but when tough decisions have to be made regarding employees the manifesto is absent.
