Pros
Benefits are great. Pretty much everyone stays here for the stock/profit sharing. Despite the fact that the denver office never profited when I was there, employees are still pretty much promised 30% dividends on their stock each year.
Cons
If you're not part of operations(i.e. corporate development, you don't really feel like you're contributing to anything real.
