      Cons

      Basically if you are a management employee and they lay you off or you quit for any reason and you have less than 2 years employment they will take back their pension contributions. Oh and guess what they don't tell you that ever - at the interview, your first week, ever! Total scam so of course they will look to get rid of you before your 2 year anniversary is up so they can collect their money back

      Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. Our defined contribution pension policy has always been clearly outlined on our company Intranet, and is included in our company retirement guide so that our employees are aware of and understand it. This policy has always been in compliance with provincial and federal legislation and, in September 2014, we removed the pension vesting period for our employees across Canada.       Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
