Pros
I love the products we offer at Opendoor and I align with the vision. I also really love that throughout the positions I've held at Opendoor, I feel like the work I do matters and that my managers and senior managers above them care about us as both employees and people. I like that management creates an environment where opposing opinions are welcomed and that feedback is utilized to learn from one another and grow our product. I feel valued as an employee and contributor.
Cons
Since there have been layoffs across tech and within Opendoor over the last few years, I worry about job security. But I supposed I would worry about that at any company within the industry.
