Pros

The pay rate and other departments rather than the customer service/logistics department.

Cons

There is no support from either employers nor employees. If you do not have knowledge of logistics or previews experience do not even try. Also, the system that the company uses is very complicated and difficult to follow up. If you work in the customer service/logistics department do not think to ask a question because you will be mock or looked at as if you are not trying harder. Even if you have previews experience, the system of SAP is extremely complicated. There is only the Manager and two other employees, and how I said before, do not ask questions, your question will be rejected. Be prepare to stay in front of a computer for 8 hours straight responding to e-mails and following up with phone calls. Would not recommend to someone that has no previews experience in logistics and supply chain.

Nothing I can think of.

Cons

Favoritism all over. A lot of non sense conversations with the leadership with no clear direction. They can get rid of you in a minute once they find a replacement
