Paid on time. The office had nice bathrooms.

Last century management. Changed working conditions. Shouts all over the office. People insulting and cursing others (You are an Idiot, I hope you die!, and so on, and so on...) Low salary. No growth spectations. Everybody wants to leave the job as soon as they step in the office. No bonuses. The most important thing is to arrive on time, and to leave on time. If you do so, it does not matter what you do,

A highly attractive initial offer. Close to home.

Cons

Bad salary reviews and increments are performance related and maybe you will cope with inflation or not. Either way, you will lose 20%/25% of your base salary every year. Awful company culture. Not forward-thinking strategy.
