Pros
The lower ranking employees are hard working, friendly. Besides this, there is not much to be said favorably. It is that sad.
Cons
Bad place to work at. Upper management only focus is lowering the costs. They hire high-paid managers and get rid of lower level employees to pay for those salaries. The owners make business decisions based on how much they fought with their SO the day before. Believe it or not, there is NO real sales department, despite the show they present anytime a prospective employee or customer shows up; It;s just a front. I'm am not giving zero stars, as it is not possible
