U will get high pressure for meeting tons of kpi, lots of in stupid role play and "show" for entertaining the management. sales meetings every week in order to make sure u r on track. work schedule is like a security guard from0900 to 2100 or even 0100. If u enjoy micromanagement and kpi, this company is ideal for u.
