Great product line. A clearly superior product line compared to its competitors. Right-sized company for its market potential. For an experienced sales professional, this could be a good career move. For a company of this size, good compensation and bonus package. Excellent benefits. Potentially a good place for long-term employment and a productive career, however....(see cons)
Cons
VERY micro-managed sales staff. Training is very poor. Micromanagement is used as a substitute for sound training in sales and territory management. Any weaknesses in employees' performance are not addressed; the employee is simply terminated, leading to a culture of fear in middle-management on down. Terminations are a regular (almost weekly) event - unheard of for a company of this size. The "Nutricia Bushwack" is becoming a running joke amongst employees.
