Pros
Benefits were the only good thing to come out of here. Very affordable. You see the benefits and respectable salary and think, "wow great!"...don't do it.
Cons
No leadership, no planning, no direction, no training,. Horrible work environment. Everyone, and I mean everyone, quits after a short time (you will see why). Open office concept (no cubes/no privacy). No one there is relatable. Everyone there seems miserable and communication is horrible. No two people speak the same language. Literally and figuratively. Was the worst stop in my entire professional career.
