Pros

Benefits are great for FT employees. Call Center Leader works hard to make it a better place. There are some great people here who are genuine and real and caring.

Cons

Expect to have no life outside the company. 24/7/365 is expected. Management is a popularity contest, and if they don't like you then you're out no matter what. Goals are not clearly communicated until you are being placed on disciplinary action for not meeting them. A lot of brown nosing in leadership, and very unrealistic expectations. If you are not liked, every move you make will be wrong. Don't get sick because no one will care. Marathon meetings where little to nothing is accomplished take place very single week. There is a lot of meeting to meet. Also management by committee. Inspect what you expect is just another way of saying "micromanage" which is absolutely absurd. This place is chaotic at best. People whine about the most ridiculous things rather than taking responsibility for their actions--not talking about Gen X or Y here, I'm referring to Baby Boomers and up. If you have no friends or family and want to be a workaholic in the most chaotic place on earth, this is the place for you.

Pros

Flexibility, nice people, good benefits

Cons

Toxic work environment, HR way too involved in everything, the company expects us to be robots, document everything every person says at all times. Over working everyone since layoffs
