      Pros

      Lots of friendly people. Interesting business. Salary levels are pretty good for this area. Benefits not bad either. Open to work/life balance discussions.

      Cons

      Lots of outsourcing to Asia which now means the building is probably half empty and feels it. Service levels from outsourced companies are average to low.

      Flexibility, nice people, good benefits

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, HR way too involved in everything, the company expects us to be robots, document everything every person says at all times. Over working everyone since layoffs
