Pros
You get a company car, laptop, blackberry, and the freedom to make your own schedule. The pay isn't too bad either.
Cons
Local management and senior level management aren't on the same page. There's a dog and pony show going on; the local managers for the most part are out of touch with the current state of the company and do little to improve on this shortcoming.
