      -Descent training/development -Good location -Good pay -There is good exposure to management through the program

      Cons

      -Low employee morale -LONG LONG HOURS -People get fired all of the time -Alot of outsourcing -Very stiff environment -There is no diversity (so if this is a requirement for you stay far away)
