Pros
There’s a good flexibility. You don’t really have to use sick time or personal time to do personal things throughout the day because you can schedule appointments needed around your schedule. Monthly bonuses Company car for personal use
Cons
Outdated system solutions, Saturdays are now mandatory, you’re available from 9-10 so you can be scheduled at anytime to work. Pay raise is difficult to get, so you stay stagnant, bonuses are hard to get due to the high requirements that are sometimes out of your control. No advancement unless you move to other markets. Seems like the business is heading to bankruptcy.
