      Continuuos silent layoff in the name of bell curve policy. No job security. Less salary as compared to work they expect from employee. Expect each employee to file patent every year as part of their KPI if you fail to do so your appraisal will be less in name of innovation not done. Product based company but still has major dependency on US teams and they treat like typical service industry.

While innovation is a key part of our culture at NiCE, with multiple opportunities to learn new skills and suggest new ideas and approaches, this is not linked to KPIs. Rather, we have a comprehensive rewards policy built around our patent program, which many NiCErs join voluntarily (cool prizes and rewards!)
