      Many things are good here for employee engagement but......

      Cons

      If you got team with politics you will nervous for your work here. Manager also support for like this type of gossips and they just need chance to blame you without any mistakes. Specially for an R&D team. It's showing 'nice' Poor management. Senior are not openly discussed with you for good or bad things and its very poor thing i see in my career also they are not supporting.
